To increase efficiency during international shipping and reduce environmental impact, we
pack and import products by stacking them, which means a bit of "effort" is required to shape them. If the shape appears to be pressed down upon delivery,
please gently expand it by hand.
By slowly allowing it to settle, it will return to its original soft form.
